Return Policy

 30-Day Return Policy:

Customers have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to contact us. If you have received a defective, damaged, incorrect size, or wrong product, please promptly get in touch with our Support Center at admin@laboutiquedacula.com

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first at racpebo@gmail.com. So that we can send you the address where you mail the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. .

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that provides a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Compensation Processing Time:

Upon receiving your returned or exchange items, it will take us 3-7 business days to process your request. If it has been more than two weeks and your issue hasn't been resolved, please reach out to us at: admin@laboutiquedacula.com .

Refund Details:

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund processing times are as follows:

  • Paypal Account Refunds: Within 48 hours
  • Credit Card Refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at racpebo@gmail.com
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To initiate a cancellation, buyers should reach out to our Support Center at admin@laboutiquedacula.com. Our Support Center will process the cancellation request within 1-2 business days.
